Information you provide
When you use a contact form, Saiko No receives your name, email address, optional organization, enquiry subject and message. The form also records basic technical information needed for abuse prevention and reliable delivery.
Why it is used
The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, maintain necessary correspondence and protect the website from misuse. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Where messages go
Messages are routed to the relevant Saiko No or Poincaré contact based on the form you use. Delivery is handled through a server-side email service.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage any resulting professional relationship and meet applicable obligations.
